The franchise began as the Asheville Altitude in 2001 playing in Asheville, North Carolina, for four seasons. They won the 2004 and 2005 NBDL championship, becoming the first (and so far only) team to win consecutive league championships. After struggling with poor attendance, the franchise relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and played nine seasons as the Tulsa 66ers.After a back-and-forth third quarter, the Blue led 92–67 entering the fourth quarter. Behind Dieng and Jahmi'us Ramsey, the Blue won its first-ever championship, defeating the Celtics 117–100, clinching their first championship since becoming the only affiliate for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Before the 2014–15 season, the franchise relocated again to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, becoming the Oklahoma City Blue. After getting offers from four venues, Professional Basketball Club felt none were suitable and announced the 66ers would move to Oklahoma City and play in the Cox Convention Center across the street from the Chesapeake Energy Arena where the parent club Oklahoma City Thunder plays starting with the 2014–15 season. Tucson Electric Power and the developer of a massive data center proposal called Project Blue have asked state regulators to approve an agreement that would provide 286 megawatts of power
TEP seeks OK to serve Project Blue at site rejected by Tucson councilThe agreement leaves the door open for TEP to provide an additional 64 megawatts if the utility can find and buy that power, which would bring the total back up to the 350 megawatts originally proposed for Project Blue’s first phase.Since the City Council vote Aug. 6, Tucson officials have not been contacted about providing water service to Project Blue at the location named in the TEP filing Monday, City Manager Tim Thomure said Tuesday. After the City Council nixed that plan, amid loud public outcry against Project Blue — more than 1,000 residents packed a public meeting — the council pushed for and approved an ordinance regulating large water users such as data centers.

Blue Devils Orchestra • Thirteen Original Blue Devils • Walter Page and His Blue Devils • Walter Page and His Original Blue Devils ... LeRoy V. White · Oklahoma City Blue Devils was a band formed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Oklahoma City Blue Devils was a band formed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. They were the premier American Southwest territory jazz band in the 1920s. There are conflicting reports as to the orchestra's formation. Some records place its origins from Billy King's Road Show, which disbanded in Oklahoma City in 1925 and state that, following its disbandment, Walter Page reformed the group and named it the Oklahoma City Blue Devils. While the Blue Devils were undoubtedly based out of Oklahoma City, records show their first public appearances were in Kansas City, as early as 1922.Several prominent jazz musicians were members, including Lester Young, William "Count" Basie and Henry "Buster" Smith. After a patch of particularly bad luck in 1933 the "Blue Devils" found themselves stranded in Virginia, without any instruments or money, and had to hop a freight train back to St.The 1979 film The Last of the Blue Devils documents a musical reunion with Basie, Big Joe Turner and other figures from the history of southwestern and Kansas City jazz.

I created my Instagram page a few weeks later after drawing about 8 comic strips for a backlog and figuring out the shading scheme.Ok Blue is a webcomic that was inspired me on a night during a week of insomnia back in November, 2019. There were a lot of stressors in my personal life at the time and I couldn't sleep at all. I had just got a new iPad Pro and this time allowed me to practice drawing in Procreate for the first time.I chose blue but the outlines didn’t seem right, so I made them a darker blue and before I knew it, I had colored EVERYTHING blue. When I was done, I looked at the page and said, “Ok, Blue”. I created my Instagram page a few weeks later after drawing about 8 comics for a backlog and figuring out the shading scheme. It’d be great to meet more people through the medium and I’ve always wanted to do a comicon and sell T-shirts/merch, mainly because I think it’d be cool to see someone rocking an OKBlue T-shirt on the street. Hopefully I’ll feel confident enough to get jumping on those things someday! In short, thank you for reading OKBlue Comics, I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them. Feel free to come on over to Instagram and hang with the Blue Crew anytime!
